To demonstrate the long-lasting hydrocortisone activity of CORTAID^® Advanced 12-Hour Anti-Itch Cream vs. 2 leading brands.

Secondary objectives

To confirm that new film-forming technology effectively locks hydrocortisone against the skin for long-lasting hydrocortisone activity and itch relief.

Results

• When calculated as a ratio, CORTAID^® Advanced 12-Hour Anti-Itch Cream shows 46% more activity than Competitor A and nearly 600% more activity than Competitor B at 16 hours
• CORTAID^® Advanced 12-hour Anti-Itch Cream retains 50% of its activity at 16 hours
